Introduction to the respiratory path through movement and voice.
The seminar takes place in the framework of the collaboration of Mary Denaxa (folk music), with the dancer Zoi Efstathiou, during their residency at Flux Laboratory Athens.
The aim of the seminar is for the participants to have the opportunity to explore the relation between the voice and the movement following it, during the new creation of the two artists.
The seminar will consist of a preparation - warm-up of the body with a focus on breathing and will be followed by voice exercises on the different natural speakers of the body. At the end of the seminar, participants will learn a traditional song.
The seminar is aimed for people who are familiar with voice and movement.

Flux Laboratory Athens follows all prevention measures regarding the pandemia.
