THE MOTHERSHIP CONNEXION in concert

Within the frame of the Fête de la Musique 2016

Concert on Sunday, June 19, 2016, 17h

For the Fête de la Musique 2016, the Flux Laboratory was happy to welcome The Mothership Connexion for a concert on Sunday June 19 at 17h.

The Mothership Connexion is a band composed of eight musicians and three singers, created during the eponym Funk Workshop of the Association pour l’encouragement de la Musique improvisée (AMR), lead by Tom Brunt. From Parliament to Clarence Reid, via Bar Kays, the group will reinterpret the greatest funk hits of the 1970s. Under the sharp riffs of the brass and the uninterrupted groove of its rhythm section, the band will take over the black room of the Flux Laboratory and make you dance on devilish rhythms.
